I am trying to find a peapod like this… coming up 0.

I think that this boat was drawn by Aage Nielsen when he worked for S&S. Look for KAN at the bottom right of the pages.

I think that if you look in the lower right-hand corner of the of the drawings for this boat, you will see KAN and a date. It’s the initials for K. Aage Nielsen who drew the lines while working at Sparkman & Stephens… could be wrong.

There are 2 beautiful Nielsen design touches. The wheel is forward in the cockpit to allow the helmsman some protection behind the dodger. There is a single big winch aft of the cockpit on the centerline. This makes shorthanded tacking very simple because the sheet to be released is in the same place as the sheet to be hauled. It seems that Aage was the only one to do this. This is boat is a work of art.

The lines of this boat are almost identical to a pair of keel/centerboard yawls built in California in 1927. They were designed by George Wayland and built by United Iron Works in San Francisco and Lester Stone in Alameda. One of them, Marybeth, is still on the bay.
