Nice job! I am building one myself. All strips are on . . . ready to glass the outside and inside. How did you determine the location of the center console? I ask as I plan to put my console in the center with a seat just forward of the console for one person to sit on, keeping the weight centered.
If you were to do it again, would you use a Yamaha 20hp instead of the 25?
