David J. Comments Reviews 19′ S&S Lightning Class Sloop (1949) – SCAMPER Nice boat, brings back pleasant memories of sailing with my father in his Lightening in the 60's and 70's. Great boat and lots of fun in Long Island Sound in Black Rock Harbor. We never did try out the spinnaker though.
