Very nice rendition of the Whisp. I love the whimsical add ons! I built one in 2005. And it was painted the same yellow as yours, at least it looks the same. Pettit Brightside yellow. They row very well and is fast with spoon blades. Thanks for sharing.

Sometime around 2008, I started my own CY, and had an opportunity to talk w Ed about his CY build. He was kind enough to send me a disc of pics of his boat build and answered several questions for me. I was blown away at his craftsmanship and just a little jealous if I am honest. I will always remember his generous help and am glad his beautiful boat found a good home.
