Spartina is an Al Mason Ostkust built in 1969-70. She is slightly modified from the original plan: has a masthead rather than the original fractional rig, and the house is longer than original plans – mast steps through the cabin top – much more room than original. Traditional construction – cedar on oak. We have owned her since 2001.
