Owner’s Description
Skinnydip is contemporary Jaques Mertens wood-epoxy composite rendition of William Atkin’s famed 1940s ‘Rescue Minor’, a shoal draft inboard Seabright Tunnel skiff. Skinnydip is powered by an inboard parallel diesel-electric hybrid drive train linked to a lithium ion battery bank. She’s purpose built to cross the shoaling Noosa River bar and cruise the 45 nautical miles of shoaling wilderness channels and lakes all the way up to the Noosa Everglades, where only paddling and electric power is allowed.Already a member?
