It is a hand made wooden reproduction of a late 19th century cat boat used mainly on the east coast of the USA for lobster fishing and rum smuggling. My historical group, ‘McCaw’s Privateers’ show it off at various historical sites along Lake Champlain and the St. Lawrence River, including Tall Ship events.
