32' Baker/White/Swift/Page Cruising Cutter (1991) - MIMI ROSE
Owner’s Description
Mimi Rose is a salty, able cutter that is perfect for cruising in all conditions. There is a pleasing and comfortable, open layout below. The hull and deck frame was built by Gordon “Swifty” Swift and all other work completed by Bill Page. Construction is white cedar planking on steam bent oak frames, with laid cedar deck covered with Dynel and epoxy. Photos from 1980s construction to 2021 cruising remind us of many happy times aboard.

Sure is a smart looking boat…that looks like
Joel in the cockpit and when did you change over to tan bark sails.
We do spend all summer in Penobscot these later years, so we should meet up for a gam somewhere. It has been a while.
Love your cutter! Hasse made my sails as well. Our boats are quite similar. Have a look at: Tally Ho! 31’ Cape George Cutter. I’m currently laminating some hanging knees for the cabin. Neat to see yours! She sure has pretty lines!
Great to you back in the show this year…and good to finally connect at the ERR this summer.
Dean
Tom,
We enjoyed meeting you this summer in the Fox Islands.
Best,
Ted and Judy
Does she have a private railway?

Port Townsend Sails built a beautiful new set of sails in 2020 – see their listing! Will look out for you!
