The name of our boat is Gargeous and she is a 19 1/2 foot 1946 Gar Wood Commodore.  We bought the boat in 2013 in Tahoe from Suzie Selvidge, her husband Ken had died the previous year.  I have added “Priest Lake, ID  1946”  to the stern and completely replaced the interior plywood with new mahogany planks that match the boat.  She has won several awards at various shows we have attended (Whitefish Woodies, Sandpoint, and the Priest Late Dry Rot).  She has a 230 Crusader for power and has been clocked at 45 MPH.  She is kept in the water all summer at Priest Lake and used often for cruising with friends and family.
