I think you should come south and enter the Empress in the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race this year. Most people don’t know it, but there is an invitational, non-schooner class for traditional boats. This year’s charitable fun race is Oct. 3-8. Check it out at http://www.gcbsr.org we usually have 30-40 boats, and great traditional boat camaraderie on both ends of the race.
