Owner’s Description
Cito was designed by M.S. J. Hansen in 1935. She was built in 1936, and launched in 1937 in Copenhagen, Demark. Her Builder was J. Wass who was a respected boatbuilder in Copenhagen. He built Cito for himself and his family, in his yard, as there was no room in the boatyard where he was employed. Her construction is grown oak floors, sawn oak frames and futtocks, with steam bent oak frames in-between. Her planking is European Larch. She has full length book-matched Honduras mahogany combings, cabin sides, and forward well deck. She also has a sprung teak deck laid over the original pine deck, and teak cockpit. She is fractionally rigged. We completely restored her over 8 years in our spare time, and she was launched in the winter 2013.Already a member? Log in herePhotos
