38’ Hinckley Sloop (1970) - ANNIE

She has been in the family since 1996. She has been single-handed around Newfoundland, sailed the coast of Maine, the Marion to Bermuda race a few times, and up and down the east coast (three times). Less than 200 engine hours, new refit, new varnish, sails in good shape, with a nice new jib still in the bag. Refit done in Charleston, SC. One of the nicest and most affordable yachts in Charleston!
