5-STAR began in March 2022 and made its grand debut in June 2024. From the start, the owner encouraged us to push the limits of creativity, design, and engineering—an exciting challenge that resulted in our most intricate build to date. Every inch of this Van Dam Custom Boat showcases the artistry and craftsmanship that define our approach to boatbuilding.

Powering this 30-foot masterpiece are twin Ilmor 6.2L GDI engines, delivering a combined 860 horsepower for an exhilarating experience on the water. Key features include an aviation-inspired cockpit chair, custom LED navigation lights, intricate metalwork on the cutwater, exhaust, and gauge cluster, fiber optic lighting, a wake-adaptive rudder system, and the patented Van Dam Push to Start (PTS) system.
