16' Adirondack Guide Boat (2017) - PEGGOTTY

Re-creation of turn of the century Adirondack Guide Boat built of cedar and cypress.
Peggotty was built in 2017 from a simple line drawing included in one of John Blanchard’s books. This was known as the pickup-truck of watercraft on the lakes of the Adirondacks at the turn of the century. The boat is capable of safely carrying great loads in all types of weather and water conditions. It rows beautifully and obtains full hull speed with two effortless strokes of the oars.
