Built in the basement of a waterfront service station/garage in the Scandinavian town of Poulsbo, Washington. Built of traditional plank on frame methods in the 1940’s by Ronald Young. It is a distinctive Poulsbo Boat, with its generous freeboard, springy sheer, flat oval transom all above water and more than average flare forward and tumblehome aft. “A good Boat and a good person are a joy”- Ronald Young
