Built in East Boothbay in 1922 as a family yacht for the Loring Family, the William Hand designed Ladona exemplifies fisherman-style yachts of that era. After a recent and thorough rebuild, she is available for charter in Penobscot Bay.

We sailed on her when she was Nathaniel Bowditch. One year as Ladona she was at the MBB&H Show when a downpour opened up. I went aboard and down to the forward cabin to take a nap until the rain stopped. Very comfortable! Thanks! 😉
