27' Chris-Craft Custom Sedan (1929) - ILDRIM

This 1929 Chris Craft 28′ a custom closed cabin sedan Van Mourick Limousine Top with roll up windows has a Modified V-Type Hull (Model #15 Hull #3060) and was completely restored with original A-70 engine by Tony Brown and Phillip Ballantyne in 1994. The “Ildrim” is reportedly one of three built and is believed to be the only left in operable condition. Was originally shipped to California on April 23, 1929. It is a multiple Tahoe Concours award winner and featured on the cover of Classic Boating Magazine in 1995. Approximate market value in 2016 was $395,000. Previously named “Tuxedo Taxi”, the Ildrim was a gift to the NH Boat Museum from Dr. Dwight Stowell, Jr. in 2017.
