Shallow Water Sailors was founded with the purpose of enjoying group sailing. We meet up at various locations in the Chesapeake Bay region. There are no bylaws, no officers, no annual meetings and no dues. Today we are a chapter of the North America Region of the Dinghy Cruising Association.
