14' IRDA One-Design Racing Dinghy (2016) - WICKED SADIE

IDRA14 (Irish Dinghy Racing Association)
IDRA 14/166 one design dinghy designed in 1939 and first launched in 1946 this particular boat 14/166 was built from IDRA14 one design plans in timber and launched in 2016 the first for 50 years.
She was built by members of our club, Clontarf Yacht & Boat club led by myself, Ronan Melling, in our clubs maintenance shed in Clontarf, Dublin, Ireland and took 3 years.

Keel and Mast step – Irish Oak,
Garboard, sheer strake, Combings – Kyaha Mahogany
Planking – Canadian Sitka spruce.
