Phoebe is a cold-moulded fast cruising sloop and is design number 32 from the drawing board of the late Ed Dubois.
She was built of 4 skins of King Billy Pine on Queensland maple frames by Ian Perdriau in a disused chicken shed on the Northern beaches of Sydney and launched in 1987.
She underwent a major refit in 2016 which included electrification of her primary winches and repainting of the hull and deck. She is powered by a Perkins 85hp motor.
Phoebe has twilight raced on Sydney Harbour from the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron and cruised the NSW coast under the current ownership for the past 16 years.
