19' Oughtred Caledonia Yawl (2012) - HEDDWICH

A four strake Caledonia Yawl by Iain Oughtred.
Rigged as a Gunter Gaff w/ fore and aft bouyancy compartments.
I started kitting out the shop to build this boat in 2007. It’s a vessel that a friend, who is a much more avid boater than myself, wanted for himself. If I die before him, he’ll get full custody.
In between careers, shops, barns and cities this boat got finished enough to sail, but still isn’t “done”. The last item added was a mounting bracket for battery operated navigation lights. And I have dreams of changing to an electric motor at some point.
