52' Core Great Lakes Schooner (1990) - MADELINE

Madeline is a wooden reconstruction of a mid-19th century schooner. For over 30 years she and her all-volunteer crew have maintained and sailed her her on all five Great Lakes. In hundreds of ports, they have delivered dock-side tours and shared with visitors lessons on Great Lakes maritime history and culture. The crew learns and practices traditional sailing skills and boat-keeping skills.
