SUMURUN had a long and distinguished history from her launch in 1914 to the unlucky day (07/07/07) when she ran over and sunk the NY 30’ AMORITA in a race in Newport Harbor. Because she is a great boat she not only survived, but has lived on to delight as she sails the Maine Coast every summer.
