19' Rasmussen Hansajolle Sloop (1960) - TOMTE

“Tomte” belongs to the German national class “Hansajolle”, a small ballasted centerboard sloop designed by famous architect Henry Rasmussen and build by the renowned yard Abeking & Rasmussen. Upwards of 200 boats were built from wood by A&R between 1947 and the late 60’s. “Tomte” is class no. 119, built in 1960, A&R’s peak year of production for this class (31 total). Despite her small size, the Hansajolle is very seaworthy and has seen journeys in the Baltic, the North Sea, and even in the Mediterranean, Arabic waters and the Pacific. “Tomte” resides in central Germany and travels throughout the country and abroad by trailer to sail for vacation and in classic yacht events.
